Cancellation and Refund
We understand that situations may arise where you might need to cancel our services. Please review the following refund policy carefully:● Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be effective upon receipt.● Email or telephone requests for cancellation will not be honored unless confirmed in writing.● A cancellation fee may be charged if the service is canceled before completion. This fee will be based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.● Refunds will be processed only for the amounts paid in excess of completed work and cancellation fees.● Non-payment of cancellation fees and/or overdue amounts may result in legal action if necessary.Refund Process
● Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will assess the work completed and calculate any applicable fees.● Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.● Please note that we do not store any payment or financial information; all payment transactions are handled securely by third-party payment processors.If a refund decision does not seem right
